Terms and Conditions

1 night’s non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

All rooms are non-smoking.

We are sorry but we cannot accommodate pets.

Payment options:

Bank transfer (details available on the booking form)
We accept all major credit and debit cards (not American Express) There is a 2% charge for credit cards and no charge for debit cards.
Cheque – made payable to ‘Gekko Lodge’, we also ask that cheques clear 3 days prior to arrival.
Cash (on arrival)
Paypal – 3% charge

Rooms are available from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure. (Earlier arrival can be arranged)

In the event of cancellation, we will make every effort to re-let the room  If unsuccessful, you will be liable to pay the full cost of the booking, therefore we strongly advise you take out cancellation/holiday insurance.

Refunds can only be credited to the bank/credit card account that it was originally taken from.

Should there be anything you feel we should be aware of in order to ensure your comfort and safety whilst you are with us, please do hesitate to inform us at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to change which room guests stay in, even if you have requested a particular room.
